Return & Refund Policy

At TAM, we want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at 0100000000 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size. Subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via Instapay.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it immediately.
