Delivery Areas

We deliver across Egypt. Orders are shipped to all governorates.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days

• Other governorates: 4-6 business 

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across Egypt. Please note that COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp with your tracking details.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts will be returned and a re-shipping fee will apply.
